    All interruptive works were completed on time within the maintenance window, and additional non-critical/interruptive works were completed outside of the window as intended.

    Core router has been swapped and power to all Dedicated Servers have been restored. Our team is still on-site completing other non-critical works, but we will keep this open until we have left.

    We're planning on doing some datacenter works to future-proof our datacenter configuration and perform various system updates.

    As part of the works, We'll be swapping our core to a different device. As we need to physically swap the cable, We're expecting a short downtime, less than 5 mins.

    We'll also be working around power cables, and services such as Dedicated Servers may be affected during the reconfiguration. Please be prepared for servers to shut down if necessary.
